UAE DELIVERY

  • Standard shipping (24-48 hours) -15 Dhs
  • Orders must be placed before 4pm for 24 hour delivery.
  • We do not deliver on Fridays or Saturdays. 
  • Be sure to place your orders on Wednesdays before 4pm to receive it before the weekend. 
  • We use Fetchr and Careem as our local courier. 
  • You must receive your order within 3 working days after delivery. If you are uncontactable, your order will be returned to us and re-sold on our website.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

  • Delivery takes 1-2 working days. 
  • We do not deliver on weekends.
  • We accept card payment only for domestic deliveries. 
  • All shipping fees are based on weight, size and delivery location.
  • All domestic orders are sent with DHL Express Worldwide.
  • You boutique has a flat rate of Dhs. 78.50 for all domestic deliveries. 
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with all tracking information. We highly advise all customers to keep track of deliveries by entering your DHL tracking code into the official DHL website.
  • Customers are responsible for organizing their own acceptance of delivery. Any re-delivery of parcels will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer. 
  • Please be sure to enter your correct information at the checkout. you. boutique will not be held reliable or accountable for a fault of delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • Delivery takes 1-7 working days. 
  • We do not deliver on weekends.
  • We accept card payment only for International deliveries. 
  • All shipping fees are based on weight, size and delivery location.
  • All domestic orders are sent with DHL Express Worldwide.
  • You boutique has a flat rate of Dhs. 90.45 for all International deliveries.
